A tooth extraction is often not a long procedure. In addition, we provide anesthesia to ensure you don't feel any pain during the procedure.
A tooth extraction happens in one of two ways: manually and surgically. Based on the condition of your teeth, we'll decide which one is more beneficial for you.
First, we'll numb the area around the tooth we'll extract. Next, we'll extract the tooth either with an elevator and forceps or surgical equipment. Finally, we'll provide immediate aftercare and provide you with instructions on pain management, food and drink recommendations, and potential complications to watch out for.
The length of a tooth extraction depends on the type of extraction, the number of teeth we extract, the place of the tooth or teeth we extract, and the pre- and post-steps we need to perform. Many, if not most, tooth extractions take less than an hour.
